MEET OUR PASTOR
Pastor Marlin was saved at the young age of 11 years old and called to the ministry at 17; while attending White House First Baptist church in White House, TN. While attending Belmont College in Nashville he began attending an Assembly of God church and began his ministry in Millersville Assembly in Goodlettsville, TN.
Pastor Marlin was involved there in every area of ministry, Radio, TV, Nursing Home, Youth, and Vistation. He was ordained in 1990.
He and his wife Sherry pastored in McKenzie Assembly for 9 years and returned to Nashville at Millersville Assembly as the Prayer and Vistation Pastor until he came to Henning First Assembly as Pastor in 2002.
Pastor Marlin's calling has always been that as a prayer warrior first, and a Pastor next. His heart is to carry the flames of Pentecost of the past to the church of today.
